Thank you! I am unsure if it comes with a warranty, I'll definitely get a corvette tech to check out the car then and I will also get any other reports done. Thank you very much.

I would NOT buy it without a warranty unless I get a PDI done first.

Alright, I'll call up the seller and make sure that all of it gets done first.

So $40k puts you in stingrays. I don't think waiting till December will make any meaningful impact in terms of depreciation of the C7. Honestly dude you might be hard pressed to find a 18-19 Stingray with the A8 for $40k. I have seen the 2014s in the upper $30k range. I would save about $10k more to make search easier. What mileage are you comfortable with?

Also, are you trying to buy private party or from a dealer? That will have somewhat of an impact

I believe its a private company called Empire Auto Collection in MI. However, I have found a few within my budget that are also from dealers.

I would NOT suggest that. I would suggest YOU get it done first. I suggest you make the sale contingent on a PDI. You make the arrangements with a nearby dealership that has a Corvette certified tech. I wouldn't trust you to get a PDI done and present it to me as proof your car is good.

Alright, I'll do it myself then. Thank you very much for the advice.
