I found a 2016 zo6 fully loaded with 40 .000 dollars in upgrades for 72. 12. 000 miles on it couple of owners I feel it was a good deal compared to what I was seeing out there. I love it best vette I ever bought.
My base 2017 with a few factory options, wheels, Z51 appearance items, <6000 miles, perfect condition was quoted from Carmax yesterday at $42,400 and you know they will sell it for more.
lol they would sell that car for $49,995 with ease.
Another thing I’ve been seeing a lot of is sellers listing a 25-30k c7 that looks nice, but they don’t mention it’s a rebuilt title. So this has many people thinking c7 prices are much lower than they really are. Mostly Any c7 priced under 35 will either have higher miles or a rebuilt title. Or it’s beat up.
As someone who sells corvettes for a living. I see prices very slowly falling, likely due to the massive price drops from the C8 market and just normal price depreciation of a used car.
In April I sold 2014 2lt non z51 47k miles for 42k, and last week I sold a 2014 z51 2lt with 38k miles for 42k. I just picked up a 2016 2lt non z51 with 39k miles that I will also sell for 42-43k.
As you can see if you get a decently low mile car with options, low 40’s is easily doable. Prices certainly haven’t fallen off a cliff on the C7 market.
if I was considering a c6 in the 30 range, vs a c7 in the 40 range, I’d take the c7 all day long. It’s miles ahead in many aspects. Oddly enough, prices on c7’s actually rose for a couple years just like mostly everything else on earth.
I also sell a lot of C5’s which seem to be holding value really well currently.
I notice Less Stanford has all C8s in inventory at 10% off. Better discount then GM employee pricing.
That is, if you want one.

What did you PAY for that 2016 2lt non z51 with 39k miles that you hope to sell for 42-43k? Not what you are thinking of selling it for.. Yea, that's what I thought, lol.

I believe he wants to know your profit margin. 🤷♂️
He said prices aren't falling off a cliff in the C7 market. If he hopes to flip a 2016 2LT for 42-43, I'd love to know what he paid for it.
Mid-high 30's? Sounds like values are falling off a cliff to me, lol.

your guess on price is correct. I’ve bought 3 c7’s now in that price range you mentioned and I’ve sold them all for 42. Wash rinse repeat. 👍
Auction, trade ins, repos, insurance thefts/claims, and distressed sales are always gonna be out there for a dealer backed by a large bank to gain a sizable profit margin on any vehicle gentlemen. Thats why there is a market for dealer sales
Cant consider this as a “normal” price point for the average consumer. Thats why the dealer here isnt telling you his purchase price. His market isnt the same as your average consumers.
I just got my 15 Z51 2Lt M7 w 35K and many upgrades, for $43K, but also some hidden wear n tear issues from track uaage, & AWE Track exhaust
I searched nationwide because I wanted the Adrenaline red 2LT interior in a Torch red MANUAL car. Hard to find many this way with low miles. Black interiors & autos are a dime a dozen

just like I said it would, sold the car easily for $42,400. Sold in less than a week. Wash rinse repeat. Proving once again that prices are def not falling off a cliff on a used C7.
What did you pay for it? I guess since it's on the internet I'll have to believe you sold the car easily for 42k, lol
Carvana value tracker just told me that the value of my 2019 2lt convertible Stingray just dropped ANOTHER $2400 since last month at this time! They value it now at $44,800! 2019 10,000 mile 2 lt convertible!!
If that isn't values falling off a cliff, I don't know what is?!
