Power socket

Help! The power socket next to the shifter in my C7 stopped working, the one in the console still works. Any suggestions?

Is there a fuse for it? Without anything else offered, I guess you can start by tracing it back to its source, but that seems like a lot of trouble to me. But, your car, your call. All the best with it!
