Woodson was right, lots of threads on this. Michelin Pilot AS4's. Don't know if you can get them non run flat. I have heard as tire run flat technology has gotten better that there is not much different in ride quaility between run flat and non run flat. I just like the piece of mine to have the ability to drive 50 miles if I get a flat.
I went with Continental, but only because the Michelin were on back order. Have no regrets though. My first replacement set on the car and they are not run-flats. Replaced the OEM tires in Jan 2024.
I replaced the Michelin Cup summer only tires that came on my 2019 Grand Sport with the Michelin Pilot AS4 Run Flats, and it rides much better, and much quieter too! Highly recommend them.

I have Michelin A/S 3+ ZP tires on my C7 and they are excellent. Runflat technology and quality has significantly improved over the years.
Just installed a set of MAS4’s. Absolutely love them. What a difference compared to the old MPSS. Quieter, No Ackerman effect, no more road rashing the bottom and rear of the car, driving season extended and all the grip/ traction I’ll ever need for street and touring.
Sorry, I'm in the Michelin AS4 run flats too - love 'em. But I don't race either....
A friend had the AS3+ runflats on his GS, switched to AS4 runflats this Spring.
He likes to autocross and used both types of those tires, posting pretty respectable times.
People used to kid him about "Racing on snow tires". Until they see his times...
[QUOTE=Woodson;1608340096]If only there were a couple of thousand threads where this question had been asked and answered.[/Sorry to offend you, but I purchased mine in June and knew that the tires would have to be replaced. That’s said, you could have easily skipped my question.
When my original front tires wore out at 32k due to the bad factory alignment, I went with the Continental DWS06+ tires and they are great! No more Ackerman effect and a very reasonable price too. I don't push the car super hard in the turns but to me the handling feels just as stable as the original MPSS tires. I still have my original back tires (with almost 69,000 miles on them!) and when I replace them in the spring I'm getting DWS06+ out back as well. A lot of people that use these tires on many different makes of cars have reported that they have very long tread life too, and even though they are all seasons, the handling is still reasonably close to summer tires, at least on the street (if you're tracking the car you'd obviously want to avoid all seasons)

Don't forget time plays a factor on tires also not just miles. I had 8 year old MPSS with 3mm on front and 6mm on back. hated getting rid of them. But put on new MPSS. What a difference, quiet and great handling. My original rubber was quite hard.

Which brings a whole different question. How to judge? I have Michelin and when I put Continental, WOW! Was Continental that good or was the old set just that bad?

My back tires are definitely not very grippy at all anymore, I can't go full throttle in first through 3rd gear so I have to be very careful. The plan is to replace them in the spring with Continental DWS06+ (which is what I already have up front right now)
