I found the car i want to buy! The only problem is I want the adrenaline red interior. Is there any way to swap all the brown for OEM adrenaline red.
I called chevy and they said they could order but didn't have the arm rests available and said it may or may not ever be available. I don't like the idea of seat covers as I dont think itll feel or look as good as original.
I know the stitching on dash will stay brown. Hoping that wouldn't look weird with red seats?
Is there anything else I'm not thinking of? Is this a big job to replace all the brown with red?? Thank you!
As mentioned above, finding a car being parted for a lot of pieces will be the quickest and certainly the cheapest way.
I buy off of local Facebook Marketplace listings so I can see stuff in person. Everyone has a different idea of "perfect condition"....hence the reason I only buy in person
Regarding the seats, do keep in mind that somewhere around 2018, the seat connector changed so you'll need to change the connector on the seat side to match the car or vice versa. Also keep in mind that the seat module is tied to the car VIN. It controls stuff like the mirrors, seat memory, etc. You'll need to remove your old module and install it in the "new seat" if you go that route.
Most of the trim is akin to Legos. Couple screws or nuts....in some cases no screws or nuts....pop the parts off, and install the replacements. The downside with the clips that a lot of the parts use is that some really only work once and when you install the replacement part you can end up with rattles. Not always....but something to be aware of.
The seats in the second link are a good example of the change in connectors. While they will bolt into a 2019 for instance, the connector won't work with the 2019 connector.
Here's what 2019 looks like (and as I recall 2018) vs the 2014-2017 cars....
Those seats would work nicely in the OPs potential car albeit the module would need to be replaced (and it assumes the trim levels match).
Those seats are 1LT and don't have heating, ventilating, memory or adjustable lumbar and bolster.
2LT and 3LT will have those but 3LT will have a Napa leather seating surface vs. 2LT mulan finish.
You could also consider finding a local well respected auto interior shop that could swap out the colours to what you want. I've been using one for decades and they can match anything professionally and at a reasonable cost.
The picture you posted, which you call "Brown" is actually called Kalahari and is quite desirable.
As you acquire the seat covers, console door, and left side console "spear" trim, you would have no trouble flipping the Kalahari pieces on eBay or in the C7 Parts For Sale/Wanted section of our forum here.

This. There is a very reputable shop local to me that does amazing work. He showed me pics of a C6 interior he did to a quasi 3LT but with orange to match the car. Totally custom, looked stock.
Could someone explain the "seat covers" I'm assuming it would feel or look off...still stuck on tne fact that this is the perfect car minus the color. I know its nice but I have a red interior c7 now.
Could I take my 2015 c7 red interior and swap it with the 2016 kalahari interior?

Is it possible? Yes. Is it straight-forward? Depends on skill level. As mentioned before, at a minimum you'll need to swap seat modules. If both cars are of the same trim level....1LT, 2LT, etc....that makes it easier.
