I recently acquired a 2019 GS/Z07 and found this in the driver's door storage pocket area.
I have searched some GM parts stores on line and can't get a match. Not even sure if it goes with this car, since the previous owner had several cars and corvettes in his collection
The google Search by Image function helps you identify an object by dragging a jpg or similar photo into a search box, and google then searches through millions (probably billions) of photos on the internet to find and display ones with matching characteristics.
I was shocked to be able to identify two Chinese coins from the 1800's; I took photos of them (one at a time) and dragged them into the search box and had results almost instantly.

Ha! You know, I wasn't sure if you were referring to the part or the search feature, but since your question came right after a couple of posts on the search, I went with that. Oops.
I was going to guess that it filled the hole for the HUD switches to the left of the steering wheel. If you don't have a Heads Up Display or a covertible top button, isn't there a blank cover over the hole? Just guessing....
