Has anyone heard "anything" from the wheel settlement that was announced last year. I sent all my information in and have not heard a peep out of it. Just curious.

Great timing! I was about to ask the same question. I sent mine in back in December. I have not heard anything, and I don't see anywhere on the site we submitted the claim where you can check the status. Hopefully we will hear something soon.
There were a few hurdicles you had to clear before being eligible. Found this from a previous thread: The restrictions state that “the damage and replacement must have happened in the first 4 years or 48k miles from the in-service date of the factory warranty, it must be proven that the damage did not happen due to a road hazard or impact, it’s preferred that a GM dealer repair or replace the wheel, and GM will only reimburse out of pocket expenses up to the cost of an OEM wheel, so no full reimbursement if you replaced the wheels with lightweight racing wheels.”
“Essentially, you need to prove the damage randomly happened in the course of normal driving, or that it happened on track since most of the warping and cracking complaints came from people tracking their cars. I am lucky that I never had the problem, but I know some Corvette guys who did, and this will be a welcomed, if long awaited payment. Though, I think GM was waiting until 4 years after C7 production ceased in order to cut down on the number of people who still had all of the proof GM wants in order to be reimbursed.”

Not yet. I made application back in August if I remember correctly when the program first was announced.
I received my letter from GMafter the 4 years were up on my 2019 GS. I think it is a bunch of BS trying to make owners think they have a chance of getting some type of settlement from GM. I gave up on GM and the OEM wheels after I bent 5 rims and cracked 5. I did have 3rd party coverage that replaced wheels and repaired a few. Finally, I purchased 4 new forged wheels. I went to my local dealer and the service director met with a GM rep to see what if anything could be done. Being a safety issue, I figured maybe I would be able to get something but the best they would do is offer me 50,000 points ($500) for service, parts and accessories. I was fortunate to get something to help offset the cost of the new wheels. My Corvette was the newest Chevrolet I purchased and could very well be the last.

I submitted both ways, on- line and mailed in paper documents 3 months before the deadline. Haven't received any response. Not receiving an electronic response has me doubting I will be reimbursed. 🤔

I did get a prompt email message acknowledging receipt of my paperwork and stating it would be processed in the order of receipt. Nothing but crickets since.

I the $1500 I spent on wheel/tire coverage was the best $1500 I ever spent! I have already replaced 4 cracked wheels (3 rear and 1 front), probably over $3000 in wheels. 100% covered each time. The only downside is it only covers replacing the wheel with the same crappy OEM wheel.
FWIW, I just received $75.00 direct deposit from an "auto litigation". The firm was called Tremendous. There was absolutely no explanation, nor could I find out what the payment was for. I just hope for all of us that spent money on a new set of wheels that that was not the GM wheels settlement amount. Fingers crossed...

Tremendous is a firm that processes and sends out payments around the world my guess is yes this was your payment.

Same story here on my 2018 GS, 5 wheels, 2 Cracked on the back and 3 bent, just went to Vossen and got the HF5's. Wow though, we're talking 6K later...I filed the claim and I did get a response from them, meanwhile I have 5 giant wheels in my garage that would make nice coffee table stands. What a waist, and I'm pissed at the whole thing.

Sounds like typical GM BS to me!! Sad they don't stand behind their products. I had major paint issues with a 2016 Stingray I had. It took a BBB complaint for them to actually contact me. And after spending over $5k to fix the painted issues, they reimbursed me a whopping $500! I bet that made the GM stock go down!

I forgot to mention, even though GM has been pretty rigid for liability issues, they've hired a legal firm to administer the claims. So I agree that GM is definitely rigid, in all fairness they've hired a firm to administer the wheel claims that is just as rigid. I haven't heard of payouts yet but I'm glad this thread is going.
I have a ‘19 GS. Could not meet the requirements. What a joke!
It’s a very narrow set of requirements. But it’s like any claim. You have to file it anyway to have it formally denied and in some cases it may get approved. It was worth a shot. Still pending on the claim.
