Usually that happens when someone uses a concrete parking stop as.....a parking stop....and they bend the radiator support.
In other words, no it shouldn't be like that. You'll have to climb underneath and look to see if the support is bent or if there's something else going on like a clip that popped free.

That's the secondary radiator. I didn't think that was stock on any cars. It has to be added unless at some point they made it stock on Z06.
If it's true and it is an add on, it likely wasn't mounted exactly right. The instructions for it are wonky.

I was meaning to do this on my Z51, but then I never got around to it and I don't even think you can get the kit now.
