On my phone, Fold 6, AA is a battery hog and the battery runs down in a couple hours without leaving it on a charger for me. I use a Qi charger. Also, play streaming music like XM or Spotify seems to overheat the phone and I get warnings. I am sure the Qi charger contributes to that. So I use music hosted on the phone itself when I have the urge.
It does not seem to auto reload for me. On occasion, I used to have to reboot the phone or the dongle to get AA to work at startup but not so much recently with UI 7.
Make sure the AA Wireless is on the latest firmware, via the AA Wireless app.

It does for me in 2 vehicles that I have wireless AA. Map keeps going on and on for a while then it disappears and reconnects and rhe map comes back.
Definitely. Every month I check the OS and every couple of days, I check all apps for updates.
