I have a 2019 Shadow Gray GS and there are a couple small chips in the paint that I'd like to touch up. What brand of touch up paint have you guys had good luck with? Thanks!
Anything wrong with the one that the dealer sells? Wouldn't that be close simply because the paint in the can hasn't aged while your car paint has?
I've found the dealer type paint pens are much more difficult to work with and leave less-than-desired results - at least in my experience. Maybe I just use the paint pens incorrectly. However, the Dr. Color Chip system worked very well without leaving blobs like most the pens do. To each their own, but I'm glad I tried Dr. Color Chip and was able to compare those results to the original AC Delco paint pen I had used.

I just use the dealer touch up. Mostly cannot use the brush of course for typical rock chips, and have not had success with the pen portion. I use a toothpick and push the paint into the chip.

I would be less concerned with corvettes since they don't rust but IMO, I would dab some primer on followed by paint and top coat for my other cars ASAP since in WI, we drive on salt with a little bit of road underneath in the winter.
