Just curious but have you thought about installing a grille from the Z06/GS - everything is carbon flash painted and looks great on the Stingray.

The grill piece that goes on the center lengthwise is usually chrome. Previous owner blacked it out. I too would recommend switching it out for a Z06 grill. I got mine from extremeonline.com and fit and finish was perfect.

The previous owner installed the Z06 Grille on my '14. I would seriously consider looking into that over the stock grill that made the car look like it had braces.

Wise choice. I got mine from Extreme Online Store and the fit/finish was perfect and the price was just a bit over $100 for the replacement grille.

is this typically where people buy vette parts? I’m new so any advice is welcomed.

That is a factory grille. It is from the Carbon Flash Badge Package (
RPO EYT). My 2016 has one I just removed for the z06 grille.

Extreme Online Store is the most affordable vendor for the grill. Some have spent much more and then bash the quality of EOS...
That's what I bought for our 2014, installed myself, no regrets. Good Luck with your decision.

The silver on the grille is a very nice touch, well done!

Is the grill replacement possible without bumper removal? If not, how difficult is it to do it or did you take it somewhere?
