I parked my C7 M7 LT1 Torch Red in Late February from a 2,000 trip to Daytona in my new car Capsule Bubble and forgot to hookup the battery tender. In late May I decided its time to take her out for a spin and discovered a dead battery. Tried to jump it but wouldn't start. Replaced the battery but the doors won't open and no lights on the dash and will not start. The windows work and rear hatch will open. Tried searching the form and I unhooked the battery leads and touch them together for ten minutes to reset the computer. May sure the connections were tight but still the doors wont open and only get a green light on the Start/Stop button. Thanks in advance to any guidance you can give me.
Did you hook up the little black wire on the negative terminal as well as make sure everything is aligned properly? Those are the two most common culprits to electrical issues.

You really need to tighten the hell out of the connecting nuts/bolts on the 350 fuse assembly.
I don’t think the little black wire would stop the car from cranking. That wire affects the charging circuit.
How old is the car battery; longevity is all over the ballpark for the "same" batteries. Did you actually check the car battery voltage? Low can do all sorts of weird things. Also, that factory-designed mess attached to the positive post (eliminated on the C8, btw) can lead to all sorts of problems, as well. So many ways it can not make good contact with all the silly plates and such. All things to check into. All the best, in any event.
I reseated the cables and took the advice of making sure to tighten all the connections and that cured the problem. Thanks for everyone helping this old man out.
