Damn, I just changed the oil in my C7 yesterday and this is the filter that was sent to me. Its hard to find the PF64 for our vettes. Where is a good place to find the correct PF64 with the correct bypass pressure?

I get mine from Wal-Mart or Amazon. The WIX is supposed to be real good also.

I ordered mine off Amazon, but got the UPF64R. Seems like the standard PF64's are not commonly available? Hate to go to the dealer for one.

I was told the bypass pressure of the WIX is not correct. Not sure if that is that critical, but I would assume so. I mean, I don't track this car, so for street and highway driving, maybe its OK?????

The Wix is the correct 22 psi bypass psi. It's the UPF64R that has the WRONG bypass pressure.

Did you search for C7 oil filter on Amazon and the UPF64R came up? There are many oil filters that will show up on Amazon, and not be the correct one. But the PF64 is listed, just click on the correct one.

I went to a Corvette shop for a LOF. He installed WIX, without mentioning bypass pressures...
FRAM has a top notch filter too.

Yes, the FRAM Ultra Synthetic Oil Filter XG12060 is a good filter. Get the ones for synthetic oil.

Again, the K&N HP 1020 has the correct bypass pressure also.
