A tender question
With my 2017 Stingray there was a 12v receptacle to plug the tender into. My 2015 does not have one. What are most people doing? Just use the clamps or install a receptacle?

My 2014 had one in the rear, above the battery. I thought all C7's had them.

My '15 has one on the passenger side in the forward section of the trunk.

they make cables for the tender with rings that you can just harwire from the battery and snake the cable out into the luggage area and plug it in

You can easily connect the tender in the engine compartment, ground clamp to the alternator body, +12V clamp to the connection bolt under the black rubber boot.

Thanks, I will have a better look. It won't be the first time I look right at something and don't see it.

My 2014 has one too in that spot. Unless the prior owner removed it, there should be one in your car - it is covered by a plastic cap.

They all have one. If it’s not there it’s been removed by the previous owner for some reason

You need the receptacle to the orifice in the trunk/hatchback area.

Thank you, I have that. Now, I just have to find the orifice. I never used to have that problem. It's hell getting old.

I'm going over tomorrow, it's up on the rack and my truck is in the way. It's gonna be in the sixties tomorrow, and I may take it out for one last hurrah to listen to some music. I will look again then. It must be there don't know how I could have missed it. Thanks everyone.

I decided to solve this mystery tonight.
I am happy to report said orifice is found, plug inserted, juice flowing.
PS in my defense there is a square cap on the round orifice. Who in the world does that? Seriously, how was I supposed to know?
