Default Downsizing C7 Z06 wheels?

What is the spec on 18/19 wheels for c7 z06? I'm not looking for the drag pack and I don't drag race anymore. Something for taller tire size for the curves.

??????

Why a taller tire size for curves? You want shorter sidewalls to get better cornering.

A C7 Z06 is a pretty capable track car right off the showroom floor, stickier tires, yes, different sized tire, no

That would ruin a Z06. why bother? Sell it and get a stingray.

The stock wheels are 19x10 and 20x12. I guess if you wanted smaller wheels you could go with the C6 spec 18/19. Be careful if you have CCBs.

I am running 18x11 on front and 19x12.5 on rear using wheels from Apex. Stock 19x10 / 20x12 wheels kept getting flat spots.
Front tires are 315/30-18 and rears are 325/30-19.

An 18/19 (standard) fitment would be as on the c6 z06 and Grandsport, as TXLefty stated .

18x9.5 with 275-35/18 front
19x12 with 325-30/19 rear

I don't recall the offsets, but I'm sure the Google machine will.

I don't know about "for curves," but were I changing wheels I'd go an inch less diameter myself for the slightly additional sidewall height, just because of all the crappola streets/roads I have to drive on.

I get it.. let's fill up that huge gap in the wheel wells with some hot rubber to grab the Earth!

Do you have the stock wheels? 19's and 20's will give you "taller" tire options if this is what you are after. eg 305/30/19 (26.3" diameter vs OEM 25.7") fronts and 325/30/20 rear (26.9" vs 26.6) Nankang CRS top 200 tw below:

These top 200tw autocross competition ready tires definitely feel great in the "curves" even with the extra height!!

Note: I do run shorter tires with 18/19 now since I compete on the weekends.

As others said lower and wider is also faster generally, but this setup has plenty of grip, was more street friendly with the height, never cracked a rim, and in my eyes looked the best filling up them horrendous fender gaps!!

I am going with a rear R888R, its a lil taller but better grip. The rear is 325/30/20, and front have to be 285/35/19.Obviously tuned.
