Default Kooks LT Headers - PRE ORDER!

We have a few sets coming in for re-sale within the next week or so and we are also taking pre-orders.

Take a look here to place your order!

Kooks Long Tube Headers - C7 Corvette

You can check out our review of a very similar Camaro system here:

Quality, engineering, and a long legacy of racing is what comes to mind when you hear the name Kooks and that is why our experts select Kooks headers for all of our in-house builds. Simply put, long tube headers are designed to completely replace your restrictive factory manifolds, which can really limit the exhaust flow.

Long tube headers paired with an aftermarket mid-pipe and exhaust will make for a very free-flowing setup that should give you a nice bump in both power and sound. Testing has shown as much as 40rwhp with these headers and our 93 octane tune.

As far as price is concerned, you'll find these long tubes from Kooks to be slightly higher priced compared to some lower quality and lower priced beands but they are worth every penny. The higher price is reflected in quality, performance, ease of installation and manufacturer customer support; meaning Kooks stands behind their AMERICAN MADE product with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Now as far as construction is concerned, the Kooks Headers are crafted out of mandrel-bent stainless steel consisting of 1 7/8" primaries going into a 3 inch merge collector. This design is going to be great for mid-range and top-end power.

The stainless steel construction is highly durable and ensures that these headers will not rust. You'll also enjoy a perfect fit, thanks to the laser-cut flanges and high quality welds that will help prevent any premature failure down the road.

No need to worry about exhaust leaks with these headers. Kooks headers use a ball flange, ensuring a perfect seal every time. Compared to slip fit and V-Band designs, these offer a broader range of adjustment.

The off-road option is not designed for street use and is only suggested for race applications. Now, if you are looking to be environmentally friendly, Kooks also offers a set of 49 State Legal, EPA certified “GREEN” cats, that do not sacrifice any power.

To connect your new header system to your factory/aftermarket catback exhaust, you can also select either Kooks 3" Off-Road X-Crossover Pipe, or their 3" Catted X-Crossover Pipe that includes metallic catalytic converters. Both are made of stainless steel, feature 3" inlets and outlets, and are engineered to the same high standard as Kooks other products!
