Being Lazy... How difficult to check diff fluid?

I know I'm being lazy by asking the question, however, I prefer not to have the dealer touch my car unless there's something I can't do myself. So, is the differential exposed and easy to check?

It's not too bad. A little tighter working area than a C6 Z06. Might be a little work to get the plug back in, depends on your dexterity.

I on the other hand watched as they did the PDI a few weeks back and check the diff level at my request while on the rack. Only thought I had, glad I wasn't having to do that. My mechanic was standing under the diff and he didn't make it look that easy. FWIW.

Hmm, sounds like it might be a PIA. Guess I'll go get the free oil change and have the level checked.
