A pulley swap and a retune will put this beast near 750hp. Amazing. I love technology!

And I hope that front grill will fit the base car. I'd swap it out.

Easily an 800+ car when the tuners get hold of it with the full monte.

estimated 640 to 645 SAE Certified HP. DI and boost=Love

So someone said that the blower will be a small 1.7 liter blower. Unless this is much more efficient than the 1.9 in the LSA and can spin at a higher rpm I don't see how this car could make more than 700rwhp even considering DI, but what do I know?

Thinking the same thing. May need to awap out blowers for those kind of numbers. Although it's said to be good to 200,000rpm, I can't see a 1.7L blower supporting much more HP than stock.

Don't forget that on this car (probably because of DI) a 100 shot of nitro give almost 200whp from what ive seen.

Small blower with this engine could surprise us.

On another subject will it have variable displacement?

We will have an exciting monday morning!

no look people have pulled about 750rwhp from LSA motors on pump gas, all else equal the 1.7 should be good to 700rwhp, however in this case all else is NOT equal and the new motor is theoretically more efficient, has VVT (can use with aftermarket VVT cams), and of course DI.

All TVS blowers are rated to 20,000rpms however are usually spun up to 24,000 efficiently, lets see!

I think the limit will be the blower. The 1.74 unit is small but shifts a lot of air (same as a tvs 1900). However I bet the base engine will be bomb proof!

As you said once people get the fueling sorted people will come to realise how great DI is. You have much tighter control over the fuel burn. Look at GM running 10.0:1 on a boosted engine!

There will be a point of diminishing returns, and the extra effort will only yield heat (thereby decreasing timing).

It's all a toss up at this point. I'll stick with Centri at this point, because it's my only option.
