Default C7 Procharger System Delivery

Has anyone actually got a C7 Procharger kit yet? I ordered mine over a month ago but haven't seen anything yet (card was charged). Thinking about cancelling and going with the ECS kit.

Apparently there was a backlog on some components used in the horizontal IC mount option. The vertical IC mount configuration was ready to ship.

Can't you get a PC person on the phone to help you? Can't they explain how to install it? Adjust the tune for you if needed?

I know ECS can do all that and has great customer support which is one of the reasons I recommend and use their systems. Doug/Chris/etc are all great to deal with. Hell, call Matt@FSP for tech questions since he worked there forever. He is super helpful too and a great source for all things ECS too.

Apparently the Procharger guy on this forum is ignoring me so that is part of my motivation truth be told. Also I saw you get a t-shirt with the ECS kit :-)

Naturally I'm biased to an ECS kit, but truth be told, your decision should not be made on when it will come within reason, whether or not a T-shirt is included, or that we do not bill until the kit is packed.
Your decision should be made on what the final outcome of your purchase will be for many years to come, and the quality of the parts included with the kit. Break down both systems part for part and purchase the one that you feel is right for you.

Competition at its finest! Procharger better start handing out t-shirts or they are looking at lower than expect sales on these new kits!

Good luck on trying to call Florida Speed and Power, and see if you get a call back. I originally planned on having them install my ECS kit but I left 3 or 4 messages in a 2 week period and never got a call back.

FSP has always returned my calls and text in an hour or less. Sorry you didn't have the same experience. Matt rocks.

I was being sarcastic about the t-shirt but it is a nice touch. I've just seen this "two more weeks" thing turn into 2-4 months too many times and I don't like companies I spend 5K with ignoring me. I also expected to see some Procharger dyno charts by now. I like the higher blower capacity and reputed tuning assistance I am hearing about ECS. I have a message into Vengeance to change my order. I wear XL.

Higher blower capacity? Should maybe better look at the balancer and bracket!
You can order any blower OR ANY KIT you like!

I happen to think the Procharger kit is very nice kit. I also think Doug's ECS kit is also a really nice kit. I also think Andy's A&A kit is a really nice kit. In the end they all add boost effectively into the engine and the physical differences between them are in the details that each person will weigh differently when choosing.

The critical deciding factor right now for early adopters is the amount of personal attention and support available at the moment it is needed whether to answer a simple question or to address a major tuning issue.

Like I said, I like the Procharger kit and I hope they step up to support their product just as Doug and Andy has. Your move Procharger.........

I did! Why the switch on the Air flow over the intercooler after 75 kits?
Then I was wondering if the filter is in the box when your doing 750 rwhp?
Because pulling the filter raise's the output. That's why A&A includes the hi -flow Air filter.
The stock paper filter is a major restriction.

We didn't switch our air flow? We offer it in both directions but have never had the request for top down yet, but I suggest following the OEM airflow of bottom to top. I also do not care for taking away 25% of the airflow to the radiator, but technically it is less expensive for me to add the air dam up top down then adding them below. Intercooler placement is identical.

We also have the option for the Air filter and sent them on all the original kits, we just had a window where they were not available from Green.
That said, someone looking for 550 rwhp from their kit is not going to see any significant gains from adding one, so if you would like to deduct that from the kit we are fine with that. Save a few dollars!

I need to work on our "official ECS SC" thread so this is more clear, I just held off until things are full speed here. We have several options from mild to a ten rib 2200R wild kit. I just held off because the orders are coming in so heavily that we are working at max speed. (thank you!)

That all said, I'm not saying you made a bad choice, I'm sure you will love your kit and great customer support as always!
