I am experiencing the exact same thing. Feels a little loose on bumps and long turns. I will be taking mine in to a frame and alignment shop to have it checked. I hope that will fix the issue as others have reported. I will also be adding z51 sway bars and lowering the max the stock bolts allow.
The frame and alignment shop may not have the ability to measure the rear caster. The key is to have the bracket. They don't need the GM digital angle gauge since most can used.

I was recommended to him by westcoast corvette in Anaheim. He does all of the race cars for them and told me 90 percent of places don't measure and adjust caster which he does so hopefully he is able to fix it, the car feels horrible.
Took car over to Dales Frame and alignment over in Huntington Beach, he took at look at right away noticed alignment was off as well as caster. He adjusted both but also told me car would still dart in rear because of how it reacted to him pulling rear end down by hand. I took it over to Chevrolet in Culver City and told them about the shocks possibly being having a recall. The foreman looked up the bulletin, verified my suspension and it is currently having both rear shocks replaced. When he pushed down my rear end it was very soft compared to the other c7s on the lot which were all very stiff. I hope this fixes the issue.
