The simple explanation is that the fuel rail covers just snap onto posts, and the plenum is held on by the bolts/studs that the fuel rails mount on.
Snap the side covers off, then remove the 4 bolts on the plenum, and disconnect wiring harness that runs through side opening in plenum.
