Wait for Akrapovic?

Wait for Akrapovic?
Need some help from the experts here... I'm getting anxious for exhaust on my C7 but, the wait is going to be about 5-6 months before the Akra is ready. Is it worth the wait or do I go with a Borla?
Please share your wisdom and provide me some guidance...

From my last discussion with them it was going to be mid next year. I'm guessing they're waiting for the z06 to come out, but the main issue seemed to be getting a car over there and in house.

Have any of you seen the Meisterschaft exhaust? I had one on my MBZ AMG - it was superb... I'm going to see one next week for a C7... Sounds great on video. I'll report back in case anyone is interested... Otherwise I will most likely wait for Akra but, the wait will suck...

My friend has the Corsa and now Long Tube headers - It is loud AF. I don't know if he will dig it long term but, he is having a blast with it now. So, I don't think I will go with it just because he has it and I need to be different...

I keep thinking that I want to get it for my E500 still. It's just a nice DD cruiser though.

Agreed - not cheap but the sound and performance is amazing... My Sl55 has been ECU and TCU tuned, SC pullied, ported and full exhaust with long tubes... 650 HP - 675 Torque and pulls like a freight train but, still a heavy car - that's why I have added the C7 to the stable. So, your e500 would sound awesome...
