Default NPP Question

I noticed that the NPP sound in sport mode changes when I shift into 5-7 gears. Sound is more like touring mode. Is it designed that way?

What do the RPMs drop to when you upshift? Even with engine sound management off, the NPP valves typically close under 1700RPM in upper gears. Try pulling fuse 41 in the engine fuse box and see the difference.

Thanks. That explains what is going on. I just installed a supercharger and it has so much power I am trying to figure out the differences from before.

I did try searching the forum but did not find your write up.

Thanks.
