Loading My POI's
I have a 2015 Z51 2LT with Navigation. I am unable to load POI's. I have been in contact with the GM/ON-Star Infotainment reps, and have had the car to the dealer twice. The Infotainment reps e-mailed me very specific instructions for doing this and I followed them explicitly, with no luck.
The dealer has spent of lot of time with GM Tech and so far has replaced the Human Interface Module to no avail. The 2GB Thumb drive and file I am using worked just fine on another 2015 Z51 Infotainment system, so I don't believe it is a file problem. The "MyPOI's" option on my personal settings is "grayed out".
The dealer is trying to get a GM Tech to come to the dealership to troubleshoot this problem. My dealer is out of town and it's a 70 mile round trip every time I go there.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so what was the solution?
