Without mentioning any names,when you pull apart a forged and balanced system to find pistons and rods more than 5 grams off, rod clearance .030 in some and .020 in other and a thrust of .004 max, and a crank runout of .0003 id say yes it was thrown together.

It's always a good idea just to check a few pages in Transaction/ Feedback forum to see what shops are or aren't doing the right thing & covering there work when something wrong happens . NOBODY is perfect ... Look at my forum name/avator if you want proof ...
