Default Base quater-panel air vent
For non-Z51 c7's right rear quarter panel air vent is "Blocked".
What happens if I remove that plastic piece? water will go into the rear bumper???

no, it will collect and form a small pond in your quarter panel and create a new habitat for unclassified species.
