Even with 140# injectors, new rails, and an LT4 fuel pump, you'll probably run into fueling issues... Would (most likely) need one of the custom fuel systems that vendors are rolling out here.
.
Yea that's kinda what I figured. For some reason I am just somewhat apprehensive on going to 10psi and meth. I know it's pretty tried and true, but the flex fuel concept is intriguing.
Theta are you setup for 100% meth or a 50/50 setup?
Ok. That's fair. I'd assume a little better average for me then. Mine would be a single setup in the high 600 to low 700 power range.
Same as Theta, I also run 100% meth. However, Theta has a monster of a car! I've gone through three full tanks of 93 octane gas so far and I'm currently on my 4th tank. I have yet to hit a low level warning light for the meth. Throttle discipline seems to be key. The more you play on meth, the more you pay down the road on refills (at least for our car). 10+ lbs of boost does seem to put a HUGE smile on my face (or a holy crap look).. lol!
Oh, just a warning on that note for everyone - when my 'low fluid' warning comes up, it literally disappears after a few seconds and does not repeat the warning.
Something to remember for those of you depending on methanol to not go boom.
Looking into another auxiliary sensor to use to alert me, as I've nearly missed those twice now (and I pay very close attention to the instruments).
Theta where does the level sensor get installed at? I would assume it would be a binary leval switch installed in the reservoir? The contact should make or break and stay there once it gets below a certain level?? What have you found out about it? Why just momentary?

Another auxiliary sensor would be great! Is there any company out there that offers a discrete digital LED band display that is not round in shape, instead of the common round "fuel" gauges offered by Snow Performance, AEM, Innovate or Autometer? Heck, even a series of 5 LED's to give the user an idea of their methanol levels. I just watched your results on the NPP exhaust servos Theta. Wow, incredible job! Looks like a meth sensor would easy compared to THAT!
Not sure what kind of kits everyone is running, but on my 03 silverado, for some reason did not come with a low level indicator. Running a ALKY system and Julio sent me a low level sensor wired to a small led to let me know when the system is low on meth instead of relying on the stock low level sensor.
Theta think it's possible that the motion of the car causes the fluid to make and break the level sensor over and over and the computer might just filter out quick state changes.
