So from day one dealer told me that the annoying shifter vibartion in the shifter that radiates up from the tranny to the shifter **** is NORMAL. Anyone else have this issue?

There is a vibration dampener built into the shifter stick, but some vibration at certain RPM is still going to get through.
I have an aftermarket shifter with no dampening, and only notice a little vibration at resonant RPM.

This is my 4th vette had 3 manuals starting from 2001 z06 to my 2009 Z51 3LT i know about the vibration. What shifter do you have installed on your stingray?
I have the CoreShifters model with the Hurst rectangular stick.
Had the same shifter in my C5Z06. The C5 had some vibration, and the C7 has some at various RPM where it seems to hit a resonant frequency, but it goes away as RPM changes.
I am probably one of only 2 or 3 people on the planet that has this shifter in a C7. , but I like the old school look.
