I'm confused, did the OP buy from ZL1Addons or somewhere else. I just bought two sets from ZL1Addons and they were $59 per set. Super easy install and the quality was outstanding....(I put myself through college working as a machinist and instrument maker so I really appreciate well made metal parts that fit the way they are supposed to and look good). Also bought the titanium tow rings......had the wife rolling her eyes and saying something to the effect of "you paid how much for a screw?????", I pointed out the humor in that but was the wrong thing to do lol. Great quality and if I need bits and pieces I'll look at ZL1 Addons first.
That section, there at 6:45 into the video, where Mike attaches the aluminum crossbar, sticks it into the frame slot, then turns it 90 degrees to lock it in place; THAT part makes the whole video. That's the part that was missed in the non-existent instruction manual when I purchased my lift pucks. I was sitting here going Hmmm... How do I do this ? ...The thought of rotating it 90 degrees for some odd reason just didn't occur to me.
These are a great addition to any vette. Be sure to turn them 90 degrees and tighten them! If they're not tight they may end up in someones windshield or worse.
