Opinion on headers and tune.

I have a 2014 Z51 and thinking about long tube headers and a tune. What can I expect in terms of torque and hp gain. Car is used for street and track. I have 235 track events and new to corvettes.

I have been researching this for a while now and pulling the trigger soon. You are looking at 30/30 gain. AFE system seem to be one of the best for long tube headers.
