Katech DOD
hey guys, i wanted to ask if i have to get the katech dod delete valley cover , since I'm getting a big cam, do you think i will be good with the stock one ? or i would have to take the katech DOD?

I think that depends on if you are getting a cam spec'd for DOD deletion or not..

Even if you go with DOD delete you don't NEED the Katech valley plate. It looks nice but you'll never see it.

You're still going to need to plug the AFM oil passages in the block and you don't want to drill/tap those holes with the engine in the car.

Don't have to drill and tap anything to plug the holes. TSP has plugs that are nearly free. I run them in my car.

TSP plugs work fine, no issues and a lot less than 300 bucks.. You never see it anyway

Some people do not want to put plugs in the holes and prefer our more elegant solution.
