Default Roof blackout kit
I am wondering if anyone has used this kit to make their roof black/carbon flash? If so hows it look and is it something that can be taken off with no damage to paint? Thanks.

Are you referring to blacking out the halo or the whole roof? I've seen halo kits, they're just a vinyl wrap. No worries about paint with that.

Yea just the part of the roof that follows the lines of the back window. So just a wrap, cool and thanks.

What kit are you referring to? I'd love to black out the whole roof/ rear window section.

You mean like this? Carbon Flash vinyl wrap. About $450
I think it looks great. Was my first mod on the C7.

Yes, just like that. I have the AW C7 with all CF mirrors, spoiler, etc and was thinking of doing this. Just wanted to know how it lasts and looks up close.

Looks great up close and should last 8-10 years if garage kept.

How was the wrap done on the B pillar section of the roof where there is the rubber to help seal the roof top?

VetteFX sells the stinger on hood but he said the roof and halo would be too hard for an individual to do. He said I should go to a good vinyl shop and that's what I did. All the seams are perfect.
