Default Chevrolet My Link

I have an issue with my C7 and the My Link phone. When I am listening to the radio and either receive or send a call the radio mutes. Good, this is how it should be. However, when the call ends the radio remains muted and the only way to get it back on is to push the Radio button or push on a preset channel. Pushing the mute button on/off does nothing. On all my other cars when the call is over, the radio will resume.
Thanks for any ideas.

I noticed just about the same thing in mine, but only if I was listening to my iPod.

The iPod would mute during the call, then not come back on when the call was over. If I switched over to XM it was at full volume, then going back to iPod it was at about 25% of the XM volume. The only way I could get the iPod back to full volume was if I started over by selecting a new playlist.

Good timing on this topic, I just noticed this behavior the other day myself in my 2015. Kinda annoying isn't it. Wonder if there is a firmware update to correct this?

My problem is listening to the "radio" after a call I am listening to my "blue tooth" cell phone music. I did have the volume problem until this arisen.
Have a feeling my issue came with iphone update.

If you have an iPhone, try this:
Settings, General, Siri, turn off.
Settings, General, Handoff & Siggested Apps, Handoff, turn off.

I'm assuming you have an iPhone and have upgraded the ios to 9.2 or higher. The update to 9.2 caused problems with My Link. See the following posts for more info.
