Default Help with Mode Selector

Forum members:

Mode selector won't change, all the other displays work i.e. radio ect. The mode selector is stuck on touring mode.. I wasn't able to locate a fuse that might be the culprit. Any advice would be appreciated.

If it's still under warranty I'd take it in.

Might check the obvious, scroll down to Settings and verify you are linked to Drive Mode and not Tour.

If that is not the fix your only option is the Dealer.

Check like BRCC stated and watch for the letter indicator at the bottom of the center dash display, not the overall layout because the letter indicator will always change to indicate mode when the mode changes regardless of what is linked to the mode selector. I leave my Z06 locked to the sport dash with ECT in the center of the tach but the letter indicator will still follow/indicate mode changes.

The mode switch does need to be rotated to the stop point to change modes, a quick flick of the **** won't reliably change modes.

Does valet mode lock out mode changes? If so make sure you or your significant other didn't place it in valet mode.

This is undoubtedly the correct answer. To link the IP to the driver mode, see this thread: Linking IP Gauges to Driver Mode Selector.
