Chuck has been tuning my Corvettes since 2008. Some were supercharged some were not. His service has been first rate. I'm in Texas and he is in New York yet he is always there when I need him and I've never had to wait for more than a day or two for any tune or update. I always recommend Chuck to all my friends.

Yes, I occasionally get overwhelmed and there's not enough time in the day to get to every tune.

The reason for that is simply because we have the BEST package available and it takes lots of time for

me to personally handle every single person....and we are VERY busy here.

If you've slipped thru the cracks, I am sorry... I'll do my best to fix it.

If you think that RAZZING me in public will get you done quicker....

The only thing you'll get from me is a car that runs backwards...

Let's all play nice and make your cars fun to drive!
Thanks again!

Wow, sarcasm or not, when you say you will mess with a customer's car when they feel they are not getting the service they were promised, that sir, is not cool.

Chuck tuned my car for 8 months. During that time, I'd email, then call, PM and then do it all over again. When I could get a hold of him, things went pretty quickly. When they didn't, it'd take 10 days to 2 weeks of daily (and hourly) repeated attempts at all hours to reconnect. The longest dry spell was 26 days; completely incommunicado. I'd wondered if his business had folded.

By the 3rd tune I was confident enough in the tunes to drive the car routinely. I never thought his tune would hurt the engine, but there were times I was sure we were running rich fuel mixtures. Better rich than lean. It was a long, protracted, exasperating process, but I a have no reservations in saying I'm pleased with the final outcome.

However, I'll never do it again. For the money involved ($750), the experience was excruciatingly forgettable. I'll use ECS instead, or Diablo, next time. My time is worth more than the countless hours I spent chasing this down. I'd sell the AutoCal, except I might need it someday to return the car to its' OEM setting.

As he's said many times, NEVER complain publicly about his responses (forum posts, nor email wait time). He's small enough to pull some spiteful "ignore him for a few days" BS. I have no doubt he did that.

try dealing with him in person. If you think what he says here is bad, his personality at his shop is amazing. It's one thing to be cocky, but to be a **** is unacceptable. I walked out a bought a handheld somewhere else and saved a few bucks. You can't tell me you feel a difference between his booster and my handheld throttle adjuster that i can change to whatever % i want. Never cared to do business with guys that aren't a little humble.

^ It's interesting, most internet hot heads will be cool and calm and collected when talking to them in person, nice guys, even.

Some folks, however, lack that "be polite" gene and are a dick no matter what.

Have any of you guys looked at Livernois? I'm considering one of their tunes and based on reviews they seem to have incredible customer services. And looks like they are tuning the A8 with success.

Livernois has a solid reputation and everyone I know that has gone there for work has been completely satisfied.

Ya I emailed them about warranty and they got back to me right away. Said they have never had an issue with a warranty being voided so that sold me right there.

Thank you David! Most appreciated!

You will absolutely LOVE the Avalanche.... Call me when you're ready.

I'm only busy because everyone uses me.... It's not a bad thing..... It's a

good thing because you know you're not getting some bullshit quickie tune.

As you know, I spend LOTS OF TIME on / with each and every customer.

My stuff works when you want the best.

It's worth the wait.
