Calling out Chuck "COW" tune users

Look at giving the guy at Diablo a call that is where I got mine at. He is really fast and every thing he does is over emails. Robert

We also tell everyone that you MUST call us to notify me that you have sent tune files or datalogs in as
with the volume of e-mail we get it's difficult to catch every one.
Sadly, companies out there will not cease the never ending junk mail and spam they send out, so my junk filters
are set kinda high. When you send and e-mail with attachments (tunes or datalogs) they will occasionally
be caught by the spam filter and I never get to see them.
Let's start with your real name and give me a ring so I can search you out in my e-mail.
Typically with first time tune customers, I'll try to generate the tunes live on the phone with you if I'm not
in the middle of something big at the moment.
Please call me

Yes, I occasionally get overwhelmed and there's not enough time in the day to get to every tune.
The reason for that is simply because we have the BEST package available and it takes lots of time for
me to personally handle every single person....and we are VERY busy here.
If you've slipped thru the cracks, I am sorry... I'll do my best to fix it.
If you think that RAZZING me in public will get you done quicker....
The only thing you'll get from me is a car that runs backwards...

Let's all play nice and make your cars fun to drive!
Thanks again!

Keeping the 1-bar map sensor in, and not going into boost, and it will be fine. There is a member here who drove 12 hours to his tuner after installing his kit, on the stock tune.

Too many forum users think they have to (or are entitled to) kick you in the ***** in public to get your attention.
I totally get that people get frustrated..... Kinda like when I sell a tuning package to someone that
does not know where the "start" menu is on windows or the guy I tell to "cut and paste" a tune file......
And the dude says "Give me a minute and I'll go get some scissors and glue...."

I like people to read these threads so that they know how things work and what to expect.
Anyone who has been on the phone with me when they need help, knows how far out of my way I go to help
them out....Even if their Corvettes problem is NOT tuning related.
I've said it 1,000 times on this form and I hope people remember it....
You know the old saying about putting "some sugar on top" and being sweet.... It goes a long way with me.
When I'm BUSY AS HELL and there is no end in sight to my day....and I've got 20 tunes to do.....but there is only enough
time to get 15 finished...... Which 15 of the 20 am I going to chose to finish...... and Which ones will have to wait till tomorrow????
Sugar tastes sweeter than Vinegar....

I know how good Chucks Tunes are, I've had them in past Vettes. And I really want my Stingray to keep Chucks tune. But I've waited to long. Summers almost over, and I still cant take it to the track with peace of mind. I just want to know if I'm safe to go full throttle? Also I have a 3.8" pulley I want to put on. Then I'll have to retune for that.
VERY FRUSTRATED!
