Default New front end bushings?

2014 C7 with 41K miles of normal driving. No tracking. At oil change and alignment check, dealer suggests new front end suspension bushings for $750. Number of times I have installed new bushings at 41K on many cars, including 3 vettes, is zero. Your thoughts ??.

If it actually needs new bushings, tell them to do it under warranty. Otherwise, find a new dealer.

I would even go back to them and tell them to send it in to GM to replace them.

Why? Doesn't the warranty expire at 36,000 miles?

The bumper-to-bumper warranty does, but I would think that suspension components would be covered by the 5/100 powertrain. I could be wrong, but it's always worth the argument, and it isn't unheard of for service advisors to get goodwill warranty repairs covered if you have a good relationship with them.

Same thing happen on my 2004 on being covered under war. I told them to call GM they my dealer put me on the phone to the guy. I told him why it should be covered and I had for years driving a vette.

Well they covered the repair no cost to me from them. Again may just been the guy I got on the phone. Robert
