Default BTR stage 2 cam

I am trying to decide betweenBTR stage 2 cam and the Lingenfelter gt32 Can someone that is using either of those cams chime in tell me how they like them? How much power they made and if they have any driveability issues.

I can tell you this on the BTR cam, If Brain himself told you to go with a cam spec that he did himself. You will not go wrong with that cam in your car. He will ask you question on what the car will be doing & what aftermarket parts in the car all of that. Then he will spec a cam for your car and your driving it the way you have told him.

Brain is a very smart guy in cams and also heads for these cars...

Just make sure you tell him what you us the car for & how you want it to drive. Plus all the parts inside the motor.

I am sure to know you cant have a full race car for the track, then also have a 100% street like car for driving the street also.. You can get close to the middle but then again that will cost you in MPG plus having to put new valve spring in the car about ever 10,k to 15k miles.

I dont actually want a racecar I know with the stock converter I cant go very big but I do want as much power as I can get while still having nice mannners and a good exhaust note. Thats why Im leaning more towards a custom cam. The reason I like the btr cam instead of the lingenfelter is the lift gt32 has like .656 which means high spring maintenance

I got my last cam from BTR but still had a RHS 427 WITH 245 trick flow heads & a F1X blower. I got the cam from Brain. But I also wanted a cam like you are saying also for the street. Brain did a great job on it.
