If I can get my heavy zl1 to go nose up and *** down and hook better I’ll be pretty happy. At times if hooks really hard it can bounce and unload the tires showing the East is too stiff. So very excited to get this and see what all I can do with it. Feedback here has been great and helped me make up my mind on a fairly large purchase when it’s not directly related to adding hp. Lol
Sounds good. Should have the car setup by next Friday if the weather cooperates. Not sure much testing I can do in the winter here but I'll try to get out a few hours on the road. Could test in late May on a strip to give feedback.
We'll have the manual and auto covered and a nice range of hp difference. Found out there is a separate launch control feature. Seems fairly untested but I assume it starts you out in a 90/10 situation and the cool thing is that it times out what you tell it and reverts back to a more street application with more stability downtract. That much I believe is the case.
Now if it could sense the cars/tires behavior and compensate for that like a smart shock to prevent wheelspin in as it's happening in real time vs. only based on a pre programmed set of parameters, that would impressive. Either way we can use it as another tool to aid these cars on the strip and help some of the less experienced vette guys enjoy their rare trip to the strip. And if the car rides better, functions better, and is safer to drive then its worth into me.
After some R&D on the street and strip we should start a separate thread to spread the word and maximize the potential of this module in our cars.

I would greatly appreciate it if you guys came back and reported on the specifics of what you did and how it impacted the vehicle. After installing that Halltech CAI, Corsa X-Pipe and AWE axle back, I can no longer stab it from 60 as I could before and get traction. So, clearly something has changed power wise as the temperature hasn't fluctuated at all, really. Looking forward to your guys' feedback.

yea I’m up for that to help others out. Like an r&d thread. A few of us are doing this at the same time all drag race so should be interesting. I’m going to send data back to them so they can work on it even further too as so far they haven’t concentrated on drag as much as road racing. I Iike the idea of having both at the push of a button. How these gm cars should have been factory. All the handling goodies and a drag race mode too. I’m in Florida so it will see track time in February so I can report back pretty quick.

Ok so an update. Put it in the car today and unfortunately it’s damp and misting here so didn’t get to do too much driving as I’m on et streets that’s zero tread. But I wanted to at least feel how it was going to be. I put it in touring where I usually drive the car and soon as I left the driveway I could tell something different. Normally going over the curb into the street it bangs and nose scrapes. Car more so crawled over the curb one wheel at a time and no scrape. Before it felt like the car was on two solid axles at times like the shocks were a pair and not 4 corners if that makes sense. Soon as on the road I was already amazed. It’s an old 35 mph jacksonville beach beat up road to get to a 4 lane that’s kept up and the road typically beats you up with patches and bad pavement. All I can say is night and day how it took the bumps. It didn’t beat you up at all. Car seems to float more so then just smack everything. Anyone that has or has owned a Cadillac at least gen 3 stuff that’s what it reminds me more so of. I had a 2016 v sport and it rode nice in touring mode. It reminded me more of that right off the bat. So then the performance person starts screaming hey it’s too damn soft. So I shake it around some whip the wheel back and forth and it gets tight. It responds to me and what I am doing. The suspension is just smarter is all I can say so far.
my car makes good power even on the drag radials it’s a handful under 60 typically. I go over the intercoastal here a big bridge get to other side turn around no one coming so get up to 40 nail it and roads damp so spins pretty bad but I feel the weight transfer back a lot. Front end actually comes up to where steering feels a little light so can tell it’s trying to make the rears dig in. Tires get hot and low and behold by 60 it’s dug in and gone. Nose is up car is biting on a damp surface and holding I run it up to like 130 and car feels solid. On the bridge hitting the seams it’s a little floaty so I hit sport and gets a little tighter feels good. Takes the floaty feeling away and more solid. So I drive it back home in sport so to see how it handles the bumps and it’s tighter then touring but still can feel it working better.
So far I’m blown away. This is on their settings I haven’t touched a thing and best of all it’s adjustable. But so far what they have in it is working. Now when you order one it will come for the specific vehicle camaro or c7 so I’m sure two different setups. So the vette may respond a little different. But so far on this car which is heavier I am amazed. I cannot wait to hit the track with it and see how helps 60 foots.
So far this is money well spent if you think the car is a little much even in touring mode. If it’s this good for comfort I bet it’s even better when asking for traction on a road course what this thing is made for. It is doing its job and keeping the tires on the pavement and letting the car move around rather then bounce and beat you to death from being so stiff. Put this thing in a zr1 and see how many more records would be broken by that car is how I feel right now. Lol I’ll post more when can drive it on some dry road and then put stock rims on it and go whip some corners and see how it feels.

That's awesome. I had the same general sense when I took my car out for the first time with the controller installed. It was immediately apparent that something was different (for the better). I'm looking forward to seeing some results from your testing.

I recently installed a V2 controller (purchased used here) and honestly, I do not feel much difference in ride quality. So today I decided to zero the travel and upload the plush ride file I found here. I am not sure if I have an issue or not but when I follow the YouTube video from DSC Sports page I am not not seeing the travel readings when I record a data log. I snipped a pic of what my data log looks like. Do I have to configure the data log and add the ride height to it or is there something else wrong? Thanks in advance for the input.
Here is what my data log looks like:

Also, am I able to update the firmware on my controller at this point seeing as how it is a V2? On DSC Sport's downloads page it just lists files for newer version controllers.
