has anyone mounted a 325/30/19 m/t on a 19x11 rim?

No but my 305/35/19 Nitto NT05R's work great on 19x11 rears. They hook pretty good with my combo even as low as 40 degree temps.

the Mickey thompson 305 is 11.5 inches of tread, the 325 is 12.4, I really need that extra .9 inches !!!

I run a 335/3018 on forgeline and CCWs 18x11's just fine .
