ABS traction control problem

If your tune did something to screw up the ECM's response to torque reduction requests from the EBCM for Stability Control/Traction Control purposes then it wouldn't be covered. A good tune wouldn't attempt to do anything with those responses since they can be turned off with the push of a button.
However, you keep saying ABS and the ECM tune has nothing to do with ABS. ABS is contained completely in the EBCM, wheel speed sensors and the brake pressure modulator valve.
The least you can do is go to an Auto Parts Store that has an OBD II Scanner with ABS capability to see which codes are present. That will tell you right away where the problem area is located. If you see a code in the EBCM that says the problem is in the ECM then you know it isn't covered under the warranty.
The car is a system of subsystem that communicate and interact with each other in specific ways. You can't fix the problem by guessing you need to know the area/system the problem is located. The code is what gives you that information. Just remember when you see a code it doesn't tell you what to replace it tells you where to look for a problem and their are specific diagnostic procedures for each code to help narrow down the search to the correct part.
If you have messages saying you have an ABS/TC/Stability Control issue then you should look at items that are common to all three functions. One of those is wheel speed sensors. Maybe somebody knocked a wire loose when they were doing the dyno test.
