Lately we have been asked a lot of questions about fueling on the new Gen V vehicles. Well here is a quick little video of one of our LMR1200HP builds completed awhile back. Our secondary fuel injection is for in house builds only and our system can support over 1500hp with 0 methanol. This car put down over 1100rwhp through the 8sp automatic with zero methanol. Those of you looking for big HP out of your Gen V, feel free to give us a call for one of our turn key packages!
What's the fueling solution? Did you solve/address the high pressure side or add port/TB injection fed from the low side?
This car has our secondary injection setup. We use a stand alone ECU to drive the secondary set of injectors while still keeping the factory DI in place. This is fed by our Custom low side fuel system.
That is our end goal. We would like to do more testing. We have 3 cars here right now all getting secondary injection. I know other shops have done it but they are not having much success tuning or even making the power you would expect. A kit I can market to the general public is in the plans for the future. We will post updates accordingly.
