Default Rear spoiler install question

Hey everyone, I just joined the forum today. Bought my first Vette and purchased some exterior mods. One is a rear spoiler, which I want to install myself but I'm kind of stumped. The bottom has only 2 holes drilled and the spoiler came with no bolts or directions, just double sided tape. I'm not gonna install without having more than tape securing it to the car. Is anybody familiar with this type of spoiler or have any recommendations/tips for a proper install? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Must not be the factory spoiler. I agree that I would not trust just tape for a permanent installation.
(You do not have to use bolts on all aero parts, just the ones you want to keep! )

Normally you have to remove the rear bumper as shown in the instructions to get to the spoiler bolts.

alcohol wipes and tape, it will never come off. when you have 2 good flat, clean surfaces like that i wouldnt worry. i have seen people use hack sawa to remove spoilers that were held on with nothing but tape.

You would be surprised how much some good VHB tape will hold. I had a few stick on parts on my Mustang for probably 5 years and they were a PAIN to remove after I wrecked my car.
