Only one wiper

Hopefully it is the 15mm nut that secures the arm to the drivers stud on the wiper transmission. Depending on how long you had the wipers on today it may have ground the knurled pattern away from the arm. Did you ever have your windshield replaced? The arms are removed when a winshield is removed and maybe the technician forgot to tighten the nut.
If its not the arm it will be the wiper transmission. Some times the arms can pop out of the sockets or sometines something breaks on the transmission.
Here is a video that shows the removal of the wipers and cowl.

Maybe just the linkage to that wiper came off.
Take the dust cap off the arm nut and when you turn the wiper on you should be able to tell if the nut is moving.

the wipers are on a wedge/press fit anymore,,
turn the ign on start the wipers,
then turn them off,
turn off the ign,,
then open the hood,
loosen the drivers side,
and adjust it so it is parallel to the pass one,
hold onto the wiper arm and tighten the nut,,
put the cap back on ,
close the hood and you should be good to go
