Default run a wire

Quick question: What is the easiest way to run a wire from the engine compartment into the cockpit? I want to install a switch for Wild to Mild equivalent. Thanks

Here's how I tapped power, then ran it as per the Curb Alert instructions (haven't watched the video, but I assume it's the same path).
