Thanks Chris. We are going for 800whp on 15psi with turbo and meth only. Then we plan to install CR Fueler and Fore system to push it to the limits on this 80mm single

Latest picture after we heat wrapped all exposed wiring and tubes. Working through some issues causing car to stay in open loop. Think it may be a MAF or current issue. Working on finding gremlin!

So it has been quite some time since we started this project and we have taken the time to change and improve upon some things as we went in order to create a truly cost effective option for those ZO6 owners who want big HP without the big pricetag.

Initial testing of the EV 800 package did a little better than we had hoped.

ONLY mods on our 2016 M7 ZO6 are below. We did run out of fuel on full E85 at about 5900 RPM. Stock cam, stock LT4 fuel system, etc

PTS 80mm Single Turbo system
G1Pro LT4 Street sheet metal intake manifold
Crawford Racing CR Fueler system with FIC 1000cc injectors
Tuning by Chris Crawford

The next stage (EV 1000 package) will add a FORE triple pump low side fuel system

Pricing on both packages will be posted on the website and on a special promotion for sale thread here next week. Ballpark is $11000 for the EV850 package and $13000 for the EV1000 package.

My impressions of the system is as follows:

Much more manageable power band with linear, smooth acceleration throughout the entire RPM range

SERIOUS pull from 2800 RPM to 5900 RPM

The sound is unbelievable and it shoots a little flame out the back pipes. LOL

Car averaged 22.7 MPG on the 700 mile trip from NC to Tampa in mixed driving with E50-80

That is with the CR Fuler. Stock OEM LT4 fuel system both high and low side.

15PSI

Either. Our install and tune is likely less expensive than most, but very detailed install instructions are included with the EV850 and eventually for the EV1000 package

I guess the internals on the Z06 are better than the LT1 with the piston issues when you get around 600-650 hp?
