TPMS for 2018 Corvettes
Original message from me sent to GM parts vendor:
"I was referred to your listing by a member on the Corvette Forum. When I check compatibility by inputting my vehicle into the drop down menus I get the following message:
This part is not compatible with 2018 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Coupe 2-Door 6.2L 6162CC 376Cu. In. V8 GAS OHV Naturally Aspirated.
Can you please tell me one way or another if this item is compatible with my car and if not can you please provide me with the TPMS part number I need as well as a link to your listing if you sell that part? Thanks."
Response from GM parts vendor:
" In 2018 they changed a few things up their is actually 3 choices. The part # you need is 13348393 They are 433 MHZ, and the New design."
This part number [13348393] was just confirmed by a local Chevy/GM dealer as being the correct part number for 2018 models.
Please keep in mind that I do not know if this part number is specific only to the Grand Sport model (kinda doubt it), or if it is applicable to all 2018 Corvettes. Nevertheless, this info should become more helpful as time goes on as more people need TPMS sensors for their 2018 Corvettes.
That's interesting. The 2014-2017 sensors all transmit on 433MHz as well, so I wonder if those sensors with the new part# will work in the earlier C7's or not?!?!

They already changed the part# once, and the sensors with both older part#'s work in 2014-2017 cars, so it will be interesting to find out if anything has really changed other than the part#.

Also, after my tires and wheels comes in (and get them mounted) I will share my experience(s) here to let you know if the information above is correct or incorrect.

Like gtam85 says he used in his 2018, get a part# 13581560 like he used, or that part# was superseded by a different part# 13598775
Either of those sensors will work, but the 13598775 is the newer part#.
Just MHO, YMMV!!
