Trying to apply film on lens of 3rd brake light. Due to the small recessed area, I was thinking about
just removing the lens and reinstalling....easy? Remove a lot of trim?
Sorry for the "Small" question but it is in soooo tight with no room to work.

If you do have to remove the rear bumper, I'd skip it. I've done that chore and it's a ton of work and no fun. If you must do it, get the service manual so you know where all 50 screws are.
My assumption was he's trying to add blackout film and wanted better access to it. C6 is easy, pop out a tail light. C7 is a bear. LEDs are lifetime service so they don't make them easy to get at like they did for bulbs.

Rear bumper? Nah, it's pretty easy. Row of screws in the trunk, 2 wheel well, 4 behind/around the plates, 8 under the car and few for the tail light. All easily accessible.
Yeah, easy. So's Bitcoin mining and playing the trumpet, once you know how.
It took me about a half hour each direction and the last disassembly step is "pull like hell until a loud SNAPPING sound is heard" which is the clips coming apart. I hate working on these plastic cars, but you might feel differently!
Edit: Did I just bash plastic cars in a Corvette forum? Whoops, I guess I did. I'm just afraid of breaking stuff!
