Default Diff oil

hey guys have a 06 z06, so I recently had to pull my transmission to rebuild it , got it back together drives great . I noticed one day when I backed the car out that there was fluid on the floor by the rear end of the car. Now I've done a lot of **** in this garage but I never noticed it before. Could've it been doing this previous to the tranny being pulled, maybe but never payed attention to it. There is what I believe to be gear oil coming out of the little weep hole where the tranny meats the rear end. Now when we bolted the trans to the rear end the o ring seal was installed so just not sure why it could be coming out from there. I cleaned it out drove it another day and there was more fluid on floor, prob and around subframe . Any advise would be appreciated .

Did you actually pull the plug and make sure it is not overfilled? I think if not level when filling you could have some come out the vent at the top of the case.

I only filled the trans didn't touch the diff . Is the vent on trans side or diff side ? To me it clears looks like it's coming from that weep hole but I could be wrong . I pressure washed the whole thing when it was out and that's the only place I found residue but I can take another look
