I just fired her up after install of Borla Atak axle back and Texas Speed Long Tube 1 7/8 headers with catless xpipe. Fired right up and runs good, no CEL yet but I know it will come on until I get it tuned. I had two messages on my DIC. The first said "Action required Roll driver window down and then up" I did this a couple times and now the driver window is stuck down. Passenger window works fine at this moment. Also had a message for "Rear Axle System Off " I'm thinking fuse distribution box is not making good connection. I was going to unhook battery and disconnect fuse distribution block and reconnect. Has anyone else experienced these issues after header install?
What did you unplugged while doing the headers install? Shouldn't trigger anything like that, sounds like you make a mistake along the install somewhere. Or sometimes moved a damaged wire that now making a short.

Try pulling the negative battery cable first and reconnecting. See if that helps.

No, he did it right. You typically need to remove the fuse block on the passenger side. Thats how I do it. Else there is almost no room to get in there.
Yes sir you are correct. I didn't realize there was such a thing as indexing windows until I stayed up reading owners manual and read it. As for the Rear axle system when I went out to index windows next morning the Rear axle system off warning was gone. Guess it was a fluke.... Thanks for the help guys. I wish I had a baseline but I'm very happy with the numbers. She put down 458.1 HP and 475.6 ft lbs torque. Dynocom dyno. Thanks to Derek @ Browning Tuning!
fyerant is right. Yesterday I had a bunch of red flags on dash. Service rear axle, traction control **** stuck, service engine light. I disconnect battery for 10 min. Replace battery terminal and car didn’t start. Second try car starts and no more warnings. I think just a weak battery. Like new again.
Basically what everyone else had to do. I had to cycle through the process for the windows which is easily found if you use google. I had to remove the negative battery cable for about 10mins. Another odd thing that I found, that was recommended to check by a local shop were the spark plugs. The shop had an issue were one of the plugs had a crack in it. When I check mine I had a cracked one as well. The shop said they had the same warning lights on the dash due to this issue. I guess possibly could have happen because I didn’t remove my spark plugs. Headers possibly hit one while I was removing them. I grabbed a new spark plug and all the lights were gone.
